Mental & Physical Resilience (Sports) Program

  • Led by mentors with passion and experience in sports and physical activity.
  • Engagement in physical recreational activity. (Sports, Games, Physical Workouts).
  • Wellbeing discussions and resource driven engagement around: mental resilience building, connection to body and physical wellbeing, emotional regulation skills transferrable from sports into everyday life, general social and emotional wellbeing.
  • Program is adaptable to ALL ages.
  • Program participation incentives provided.
  • Group size: up to 30 per group.
  • Duration: 1.5 – 2.5 hours. Available as a one off session, or ongoing.
  • Cost: $175-$250 per hour based on agreement, equipment provided, catering etc .
